HOW EC "VIAS" WORKSThe main principle of operation of this complex is to ensure a more complete combustion of the fuel mixture in the internal combustion engine. The complex consists of two parts - an electronic air converter "ENZO-IP" and an electronic fuel converter "ELAF", which can be installed on the internal combustion engine separately. However, when they work together, the most complete effect of saving fuel and increasing the power of the internal combustion engine is achieved.
1. The fuel converter "ELAF" is an electronic device that is designed to increase the efficiency of the combustion of the fuel mixture in internal combustion engines (ICE) by "depolymerization" (reducing the binding energy between individual chains of molecules) and restructuring the fuel, thereby ensuring its more complete combustion in the internal combustion engine.
Principle of operation:
In a complex hydrocarbon fuel (regardless of the basic quality), under the influence of temperature, pressure, as well as due to the presence of other organic and non-organic compounds, the process of forming compacted groups of hydrocarbon molecules inevitably proceeds. Their number is up to 60% of the volume, depending on the type of fuel. Not completely burned in the internal combustion engine, they are released with the exhaust and/or afterburned in the catalyst. Under the influence of strong electromagnetic fields generated by ELAF, complex groups of fuel molecules change their structure and properties (partially split into smaller groups, partially ionized). As a result, their configuration changes, which is why the binding force between the fuel molecules and their surface tension in the clusters is significantly reduced. As an example, the viscosity of gasoline is reduced by 18-20%. Accordingly, a fuel with a lower viscosity (greater dispersion) forms a more homogeneous (homogeneous) fuel-air mixture in the internal combustion engine. In addition, the pronounced positive charge of the fuel molecules contributes to a more active interaction with oxygen. This ensures more complete combustion of the fuel, causing the engine to develop more power with less consumption, reduces the number of harmful compounds in exhaust gases, and it also significantly reduces the formation of solid particles of carbon compounds in the engine itself, on the spark plugs and in the fuel injectors, as well as in the catalyst and on the lambda probes, which significantly extends their operational life.
*The device changes the properties of the fuel, and does not directly affect the ECU (electronic control unit)!
Benefits and technical specifications:- 10% -16% reduction in fuel consumption
- A significant reduction in emissions of Co, HC, NOx (up to 40%)
- Increase in engine power by 8% - 12%
- Easier start-up in cold weather
- Complete rejection of the use of expensive imported fuel additives
- Increase the service life of the engine, catalyst, particulate filter, spark plugs, lambda probes, fuel injectors, engine oil
- The possibility of using fuel with a lower octane (cetane) number
- The possibility of self-installation, and in the future, dismantling-mounting on another vehicle.
The ELAF is made in the form of an unassembled monoblock and is mounted under the hood in the fuel
line after the filter: Power supply: 12V – 24V. Current consumption: 0.3-0.6 A.
2. The electronic air converter "ENZO-IP" is an electronic device that is designed to increase the efficiency of the combustion of the fuel mixture in internal combustion engines (ICE) by creating a more oxidized environment inside the ICE due to the saturation of the fuel - air mixture with ozone, which ensures its more complete combustion. It is used on all types of internal combustion engines running on any type of fuel.
Principle of operation:Oxygen ions, which are formed when air passes through the "ENZO-IP", due to their stronger reactivity and oxidative ability, have a greater electrochemical activity than the basic oxygen molecules, and more actively react with fuel. In addition, the air acquires the properties of electrification, static, which leads to a physical increase in the volume of the discharge area of the spark plugs and, as a result, the air-fuel mixture is ignited in less time and in a larger volume. This ensures more complete combustion of the fuel, causing the engine develop more power with less fuel consumption, reduces the number of harmful compounds in exhaust gases, and it also significantly reduces the formation of solid particles of carbon compounds in the engine itself, on the spark plugs and in the fuel injectors, as well as in the catalyst and on the lambda probes, which significantly extends their operational life.
*The device changes the properties of the air, and does not directly affect the ECU (electronic control unit)!
"ENZO-IP" consists of two components:1. Electronic power supply - control unit (mounted under the hood)
2. Vortex electrode (built into the air intake pipe after the filter) Power supply: 12V – 24V. Current consumption: 0.3-0.6 A.
Benefits and technical specifications:- reduction of fuel consumption by 10% - 16%
- significant reduction of CO, HC, and NOx emissions (up to 40%)
- power increase by 10% -15%
- easier start-up in cold weather
- complete rejection of the use of expensive imported fuel additives
- increase the service life of the engine, catalyst, diesel particulate filter, spark plugs, lambda probes, engine oil
- the possibility of using fuel with a lower octane (cetane) number
- the possibility of self-installation, and in the future, dismantling-mounting on another vehicle.
Important condition: to get the maximum effect from the operation of the equipment, it is necessary that the power and ignition systems, the catalyst and the lambda probes are in working order. The degree of efficiency of the electronic complex will depend on the quality of these systems and on the technical condition of the engine itself!
